ProSys Fill, LLC has announced plans to highlight the LB range of semi-automatic hot melt filling lines at Pack Expo East 2024, to be held March 18-20th, 2024, at the Pennsylvania Convention Center, in Philadelphia, PA.
 
Also on display at booth 1300 will be the RT line of tube filling and sealing systems, as well as the ProTrac high speed fully automated system for filling and closing squeeze tubes.

The LB Range

The LB Lip Balm Filler models include a semi-automatic hot melt filling line to fill, cool, and cap lip balm sticks at a machine cycle rate of up to 30 (LB30) or 60 (LB60) parts per minute.
 
The range features a manual loading station with angled guide that allows for easy loading. A quick-change puck mounting system enables toolless changeovers among different sizes. Both the LB30 and LB60 models offer puck tooling that fits most lip balm brand .15-ounce 500 style tubes, including those used by Inpres, Federal, CCP, and Sapona. An on-board cap sortation station features a gravity cap track to present caps for the auto capping station and the positive cap sap station ensures caps are pressed on completely.

The RT Line

Visitors to the booth can also learn about the RT line of tube filling machines, which offers automated filling and closing of squeeze tubes. Using hot air tube sealing, the fastest method of plastic tube sealing, the RT line works with all plastic and laminate tubes.
 
Highlighted will be the RT 60 model, a medium speed unit that offers automated filling and closing of up to 70 squeeze tubes per minute, as well as the RT 90, a high-speed unit that can fill up to 90 tubes per minute. The units include a tube bulk bin, load ramp, orient, fill station and closure stations for plastic, laminate or aluminum tubes.

The ProTrac System

Applications experts will also be on hand to discuss the ProTrac high speed fully automated system for filling and closing squeeze tubes, available in models that can fill from 140 to 220 tubes per minute. All tube filling systems also offer custom seals and textures for unique tube presentations.
